Ninth Island Coastal Escape is made available to you to and others to enjoy. Please read all the terms and conditions so to ensure you understand your commitment when staying.
The terms and conditions of the letting of Ninth Island Coastal Escape (the “property”) as agreed by both parties are as follows:
The person making the booking (“you”) will be liable and responsible for the conduct of all guests. The property is let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the booking form and for the number of persons as stated.
Rates are calculated on a per night basis. Ninth Island Coastal Escape is self-catering (you need to bring your own food supplies). The property is let with sheets, doonas, pillows, towels and tea towels.
All bookings and payments are to be made online only. Full payment is required to confirm your booking
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, notification is required. If your booking is cancelled prior to 14 days from the arrival date you will receive a refund of the cost of your stay, less a fee of 5% to cover initial booking commissions.
If your booking is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date no refund will be provided.
The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Keys are located on-site and details on how to access them Will be provided 48hrs prior to your arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.
The property has a very strict no smoking policy. The property is located in a high risk fire danger area, smoking anywhere on the property is discouraged. Please exercise caution at all times.
Your consideration of neighbours with regard to excessive noise is requested. Please be aware of the rights of neighbouring properties to the quiet enjoyment of this location.
Ninth Island Coastal Escape reserves the right to charge you for any extra charges such as damaged or stolen property, excessive cleaning.
WiFi is included in the rental fee.
No land-line phone is available at the property.
We will endeavour to have any repairs to appliances attended to ASAP after the need for repair has been reported to us.
However, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the immediate repair may be beyond our control. This may be due to trades people being unavailable at the time, or the need to order parts. No responsibility is accepted by us for these unforeseen circumstances.
You agree to indemnify us against any liability, which may attach to the owner as a result of any damage, injury or loss suffered by any person where that damage, injury or loss has been caused by any act or omission on your part or the part of any person occupying the property with you.
We will not accept liability for goods left behind after your stay. If you are aware of an item, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to locate the item and return it to you. Postage costs will be charged to you.
All damage, breakages or losses to the property or its’ furniture and fittings are to be reported to us during the departure process and paid for. Should a defect or breakage be found on arrival, please advise us or these will be considered to be your responsibility and charge you accordingly.
